No visas are required prior to travel as a 30-day tourist visa is issued on arrival. Visa extensions are granted by the department of Immigration and Emigration in Male'.

Import of firearms, drugs, pornography, idols of worship and pork products are prohibited. An official license is required for the import of alcohol. Alcohol and pork products are however available at our resort. Prohibited products such as alcohol brought in by passengers will be kept in the bond at the airport and released at departure.

An international certificate of inoculation against yellow fever and cholera is required by visitors arriving from infected countries.

The airport departure tax is US$12.00 and is payable only in US Dollars. The departure tax maybe included when you purchase your airline ticket.
