How to pre-book your Spa Package from the Kurumba Website?
– Well …It’s easy as 1, 2..

  1. Simply send your selected Spa Package via e-mail to the Kurumba Spa Manager: kurumba@aquumspa.com
  2. You will then shortly receive an e-mail confirming your booking request. Please be ensured that you will then receive priority booking allowing you to plan your holidays ahead and to make the most of every minute in paradise…

HOW DO I FIND THE SPA?
From Reception, as you wander past the orchid nursery and follow the path along, you will find the spa situated in front of the tennis court.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY TREATMENT?
We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes prior to your treatment time. This will allow you the full benefit of “Degrees” and the spa’s calming surroundings. Guests arriving past the time of treatment may have their treatment time reduced, however full price will be charged.

SHOULD I PRE-BOOK MY SPA APPOINTMENT?
Our spa enjoys high occupancy throughout the year. Upon arrival we invite you to enjoy a consultation, so we can help you organise your spa appointments for your stay. We welcome prior bookings. Treatment menus and appointments can be sent to you via email, please send all requests to: spa@kurumba.com.mv.

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY TREATMENT?
We offer a menu to spoil and pamper. Please feel free to visit for a complimentary consultation. Our team will help you decide which treatments will be most beneficial to you.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS?
Please notify us if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, other physical ailments, or if you have any allergies i.e. nuts or seafood. If you have any concerns regarding your health or body please let us know. We recommend that alcohol not be consumed before, during or immediately after your spa treatments.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Please feel free to wear whatever you feel comfortable in, to the spa. When you arrive we will allocate you your own personal locker with Kimono, towel and slippers. For the use of "Degrees" please bring your swimming wear. Yoga and gym workouts will be best with loose comfortable clothing. Suitable foot wear must be worn in the Gym.

SHOULD I BRING MY VALUABLES?
You will be supplied with a locker but it is recommended that they are not brought with you to the spa, as all jewellery needs to be removed prior to spa treatments. No responsibility will be taken by the spa for any loss of valuables.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY TREATMENTS?
We understand that sometimes you may need to change your schedule. Because your spa appointments are reserved especially for you, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum of twelve hours notice so someone else may visit us. Appointments cancelled within twelve hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee; Appointments cancelled within 4 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Packages and vouchers are non-refundable and subject to cancellation policy. We kindly request that you arrange your treatments well in advance.

Our spa environment is one of relaxation and harmony. In order to ensure a tranquil atmosphere we kindly request that Spa guests refrain from using mobile phones and speak in a gentle voice.
