Doing through entire body from the top till the bottom, we are releasing tensions from main body parts, holding our stretches for at around 40 seconds to achieve maximum results. Class combines yoga and favorite fitness stretches and teaches to calm down, remain still and in-tune with breath and body, which hold answers we are seeking related to our health and well-being.
