This class focuses on strengthening our core muscles, such like rectus abdominus, obliques, and latissimus dorsi and trapez muscles of the backso we can enjoy proper posture and stabilize our spine. This moderate intensity body weight workout is based mainly on Pilate’s excercises and is adjustable to all levels.
