Pilates (45 mins)

Pilates is series of mat exercises designed to improve our minor deep muscles which often are neglected during weight or cardio workouts, but are essential for our health. During this session we focus strongly on our core, correct posture, lower back support and coordination. Class is strongly recommended to post injury and recovery patients and is adjustable to all levels.
