TRX is shortcut for Total Body Resistance Training during which with help of specially designed strap we are able to use gravity, own body weight and any given space to complete our daily workout routine. It various from low to high impact cardio, slow paced or intense resistance training and either full body workout or targeted groups of muscles. TRX welcomes all levels.
